Delivery & Returns

UK delivery

Standard UK delivery costs £4.95 and usually arrives within 2–4 working days.

Complimentary standard UK delivery is available when your order total is £60 or more.

Express delivery is available for £6.99. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by peak periods or circumstances outside our control.

International delivery

Available international delivery options and charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.

30-day returns

We hope you love your Isabella Marcie order. If you change your mind, you may notify us within 30 days of receiving your order that you wish to return it. This enhanced returns period is in addition to your statutory rights.

Returned items should be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact sales@isabellamarcie.co.uk with your order number before returning an item so we can provide return instructions. Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods. Where required, the standard outbound delivery charge will also be refunded; any premium delivery upgrade is excluded beyond the standard-delivery equivalent.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please contact sales@isabellamarcie.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the issue. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
